Daily living activities are full of challenges which need us to make very crucial decisions to overcome them and be successful. To achieve our goals in life and be whoever we want to be, we should realize that the only factor which differentiates us with the successful people is how we make a decision on solving our immediate problems (Hicks, 2015). Sometimes it even demands to risk some of our personality interests to regain some ability and power. Most of the individuals in this society seek to be guided on how to solve problems affecting them. There are six basic steps which can be applied to conquer challenges and persevere through them effectively.Defining the problemThis is the first step in solving any problem. The person affected with a problem needs to state clearly what the problem is and what he or she should aim to attain. In this scenario, I need to identify my main problem so that from the beginning I can be focused to attain the solution I need for my problem. I shall write down by the problem so that I donà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬t forget what I am supposed to focus on. My main problem which I need to outline is that the new office which is being offered and needs a masterà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s degree level of education which I have not yet acquired. To worsen the situation the institution doesnà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬t offer assistance to education therefore if I take the job I will be on my own in educating myself. I will be using the largest portion of payment for my education. Also, it will be hard for me to work with professionals who are well equipped with their skills as they are masterà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s owners yet am just a bachelor owner. For this problem, I need to be well equipped and make clear decision so that I donà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬t mess up with my career. The critical p art is the identification of the possible solution as the problem is already established.Problem analysisThis is the second step in problem solving. Education is one of the basic key issues considered during employment. As per the scenario, the major problem is based on the educational level and acquiring of the education to meet certain skills required in a working with the institution. Acquiring mastersà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬ level of education is not a cheap program. It requires a lot of funds to cater for the studies and also personal needs for the individuals who are undertaking the masterà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s skills provision program. Moreover, the start of the job is very urgent considering that is in doing bachelor's final exam in the time I am being required to be present for the job. The problem is worsening that I wonà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬t even have time to find funds which I can join the masterà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s class to make sure that I acquire the knowledge and skills required by the job. It is good that they offer a justifiable salary but when it comes to funds for the provision of the knowledge the funds re not enough to take me through the education as I need to pay for it in sums to access the facilities for masterà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s degree.Generating possible solutionsThere are possible solutions which can be utilized to solve this problem. The first possible solution is that I can drop the job and continue working with the same institution I have been working with. It would mean that they I will not struggle to find funds which will enable me to acquire the masterà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s degree skills. It will also attribute to that the working conditions I am going to be in will be effective for me as I already have the skills from my bachelorà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s degree. I will not be struggling to fit in a new environment as for the new job demands. Another possible solution is that I can take the job and request for the funds to assist my learning then it shall be deducted in my salary. I will have t o learn as part-time students to earn my masterà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s degree. It resolves that then I will have to live a low-cost life to help cater for the little income that I will be earning. For this solution then I will struggle to meet the standards of the skills required of the institution. Moreover, a possible solution for these problems is that I can suspend the acquiring of the masterà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s degree for some time till when I will have the capability to fully finance my learning. Then after taking the job, I shall aim at saving to accumulate funds for my learning. Besides the above solutions, I can go to an extent to look for private sector who shall finance me and then repay after I am in the job bad fully stabilized. Then from this, I will be able to go through the training as I still work with the new institution. For the sake of my exam, I can decide to take my exam at part time basis and then make an arrangement with the school to allocate me time which I feel comfortable w ith if I have to work immediately before the exams.Analyzing solutionsThe first solution which is declining the deal seems to be absurd and unprofessional to me. Every individual in this world needs to live a comfortable life. The best life anyone can earn is through salary which is capable of sustaining him or her. Looking into the future then I prefer not to go by this decision. The other solution is taking the job and requesting that they pay my masterà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s degree then they get their funds by deducting my salary. It is considerable decision but the new employment agency is not for this idea at all. In their contracts, they have no such deals which make the idea obsolete. The other solution to this problems is that I suspend my education for a moment till I stabilize. But for this case I will be struggling to meet the new institutions demands on skills as I am bachelorà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s degree owner but not masters who are required in the working field. From the case of being sup ported by the private sector, this can be a wise decision but the agreement on the terms of payment can lead to problems and a...
